IPSA observes 32nd foundation day

Imphal, September 14 2026: The International Peace and Social Advancement (IPSA) observed its 32nd foundation day at Manipur Press Club here today.

Environment and Climate Change Director Dr T Brajakumar, IPSA president M Bisheshwor, retired IAS Harekrishna Mangshatabam, DMU School of Social Science Dean Prof K Indramani and 14 CSOs Kangleipak chairman Yumnamcha Dilipkumar attended the function as presidium members.

The gathering observed a two-minute silence in honour of all the martyrs who had laid down their lives for the cause of Manipur.

Leaders of several CSOs were also felicitated by presenting them with stoles.
