AFESWA extends Ningol Chakkouba gifts

Thoubal, October 12 2025: With the festival of Ningol Chakkouba approaching, the Armed Forces Ex-Servicemen Welfare Association (AFESWA), Thoubal has distributed simple gifts to the widows and female members of the organisation.

The gift distribution ceremony was held at Sai Mandir, Thoubal Wangmataba.

The heartfelt event was attended by AFESWA president retd Wing Commander AK Debendro Singh; vice-president retd Sub Hony Subedar Captain T Inao; secretary retd Subedar Kh Ingocha and other members of AFESWA.

Gifts were presented to more than 20 women on the occasion.
