MLA Radheshyam assures to aid flood-hit farmers

Kakching, August 11 2024: Hiyanglam MLA Dr Yumnam Radheshyam inspected various flood affected areas within his constituency on Sunday.

The MLA accompanied by Water Resources Department Engineering Cell EE Laishram Mohenjo, AE Ksh Amarjit and SO Elangbam Sanjit assessed affected farmlands, fish farms and canals in the flooded areas.

Speaking to media persons, Dr Radheshyam assured to consult with the department concerned over the issue and press them to extend assistance to farmers whose crops and fish farms have been affected.
