CS assures to address KV Akampat land matter

Imphal, April 09 2025:
Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan, regional office, Tinsukia deputy commissioner Taorem Pritam Singh met chief secretary Prashant Kumar Singh on Wednesday at the latter's office here.
The chief secretary gave assurance to Taorem Pritam for expediting the long pending land matter of KV Akampat.

The Vidyalaya has been providing free education to 100 students under RTE in every academic session.
Notably, KV Akampat has been functioning in a temporary campus at Khurai Lamlong bazar since 2016.The Vidyalaya currently has 406 students and 21 staff with five conservancy staff.
