Imphal, November 08, 2008: The Longmai Area Nishabandh Society, Students' Union St Joseph School, Sharon English High School, Berean Baptist Academy and the people of the surrounding villages of Khumji and Longmai have expressed gratitude to the 16 Assam Rifles, Noney for providing the complete three doses of hepatitis-B injection to the children of the area free of cost under its MCA project, conveyed a press release issued by the INSU president.

Approximately 1456 children have been vaccinated against hepatitis-B, added the release.
