Imphal, December 06: The body of a suspected UG who was shot dead by Imphal East Commandos at Heingang Awang Leikai on December 1 has been handed over to Imphal Municipality for disposal after post-mortem examination at RIMS mortuary today as nobody has come forward to claim the body.

On the other hand, the body of another suspected UG who was shot dead by personnel of 1 Assam Rifles at Molvailup under Chassad Police Station in the early morning of December 3, is still laying at the mortuary of RIMS awaiting identification.
