Thoubal, October 06 2024: The Project Monitoring Unit (PMU) Tengnoupal of National Highways and Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited (NHIDCL) conducted an awareness campaign on maintaining clear Right of Way on National Highways at Kiyam Siphai and Kodompokpi Sports Complex area under Thoubal district today.

Pamphlets were distributed to the general public and road side vendors regarding unauthorized encroachments on the National Highways which are dangerous for public safety and a punishable offence.

The awareness campaign was conducted as per the instructions of the Supreme Court on August 27, 2024 .
