Tamenglong, August 03 2026: The NSCN/GPRN (K) of the Zeliangrong Region, has clarified that P Lungthaokhon, son of P Gongkhonglung of Oinamlong village under Tamei sub-division in Tamenglong district, has no association or affiliation with the organisation.

In a clarification statement issued by its Media Cell, the group stated that Lungthaokhon was arrested by the Kamai Police Outpost at around 3.30 pm on August 1, 2026.The statement categorically clarified that Lungthaokhon is neither a member of NSCN/GPRN (K) nor does he maintain any affiliation or relationship with the organisation.
