Imphal, July 27 2024: The 88th Annual Conference ofManipur Sahitya Parishad for the year 2023 was held today at GM Hall, Imphal.

The inaugural function was graced by renowned filmmaker Aribam Shyam Shanna, and Sankirtan Guru Leimapokpam Lakpati Singh and Manipur Sahitya Parishad president Longjam Joychandra Singh as presidium members.

The function began with an opening song and a performance of "Pena".

During the event, Manipur Sahitya Parishad presented Upadhi, cash award and gold medal to 37 renowned authors and artistes.
