Imphal, July 26: Ukhrul Agriculture Office under the direct supervision of DAO distributed certified seeds of soyabean and block gram to the farmers of the district from July 14 to 25 under kharif State pulses development programme 2008, reports our Ukhrul correspondent.

Moreover, composite maize seeds were also distributed as a part of this programme.

The major quantity of the seeds were given to the farmers of three sub-divisions of Phungyar, Kamjong and Kasom Khullen.
