Thoubal, June 22 2026: Waikhom Mani Girls' College, Thoubal observed the 12th International Day of Yoga 2026 at the college campus with thetheme"YogaforHealthy Ageing" .

The programme was jointly organised by the Department of Physical Education, Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) and NSS Units of Waikhom Mani Girls' College.

Faculty members, students and NSS volunteers actively participated in the event highlighting the importance of Yoga in maintaining physical, mental and emotional well-being.
