Imphal, December 21 2024: Manipur State Power Company Limited (MSPCL) has informed all concerned that the 33/11KV Substation, Chingarel will be under shutdown on December 23, 2024 from 2.00 pm to 4.00 pm for topping of power transformer oil.

All areas serviced by 11 KV Kangla Siphai Feeder and 11 KV Sawombung Feeder will be affected during the aforementioned hours.
