Imphal, February 21:
As no one has come forward to claim the body of a youth which was found with bullet marks at Changpi Khullen under Chakpikarong PS on February 13, the same has been handed over to the Imphal Municipality for disposal today.
The body was first recovered by 10 Assam Rifles and later handed over to the police.
Post-mortem has been conducted.
