Imphal, February 15 2026: A book titled "Bamon Ningol", authored by Abujam Ibopishak Luwang and an adaptation of Saratchandra Chatropadhai's "Brahman ki beti", was released today at the Manipur Press Club in Majorkhul.

The book release event was organised by the Eramdam Miyamgi Apunba Khorjei Lup (EMAKHOL).

The event was graced by dignitaries, including Sapam Bheigya Singh, retired Joint Director, Art & Culture; Sagolsem Bilasini, president, EMAKHOL; Dr Toijam Tampha, Professor, Department of Manipuri, Manipur University; and Dr Chirom Rajketan Singh, Professor, Department of Manipuri, Manipur University.
