Thoubal, October 13 2026: The Manipur State Power Company Limited (MSPCL) has informed the general public that the 33/11KV Thoubal Old Substation will remain under a scheduled shutdown on October 15, 2026 from 8 am to 12 pm for maintenance of three isolators, two circuit breakers and transformer oil leakage.

In view of the above, the consumers under the substations namely 33/11KV Thoubal Old Substation, 33/11KV Leishangthem Substation, 33/11KV Yairipok Substation and 33/11KV Kasom Khullen Substation will experience power interruption during the above-mentioned period.
