Imphal, May 13 2026: The Public Health Engineering Department (PHED), Government of Manipur has informed that water supply in several areas covered under Porompat Water Supply will remain suspended due to maintenance work of the pipeline distribution system.

The affected areas include New Checkon Crossing, New Lambulane, 2nd Street, 3rd Street, Tribal Market, Purana Rajbhari and Nongpok lngkhol.

The PHED also announced that water supply will resume once the maintenance work is completed, apologising for the inconvenience caused.
