Tributes paid to missing Village Volunteers

Bishnupur, June 06 2025: The second memorial day of three village volunteers, who went missing since June 6, 2023 during the ongoing conflict, was organised by Anti-Drug Campaign, Bishnupur District and Apunba Lup, Ningthoukhong at Ningthoukhong Bazar community hall on Friday.

The three missing VVs are Maisnam Malemn-ganba (23), son of M Sanamacha of Ningthoukhong Kha Ward No 9, Gurumayum Bony Sharma (22), son of G Gunakanta of Ningthoukhong Ward No 3 and Pukhrambam Abhinash (22), son of P Thambalshana of Ningthoukhong Ward No 6.The programme was marked by paying of floral tributes to the photo of the three Ws by the attendees.
