Yai Artistes Welfare Fund to aid 25 veteran artistes

Imphal, June 05 2026: The Yai Artistes Welfare Fund, a constituent body of Yai School of Artistes, will extend its first phase of incentives to 25 veteran artistes to strengthen their welfare.

The programme will be held on June 7 at Youths' Club Brahmapur Auditorium.

Manipur Legislative Assembly Speaker Thokchom Satyabrata Singh, chief patron of the fund, will grace the event as chief guest and distribute the aid The 25 beneficiaries include artists from 'Eshei', Nat Sankirtan.

Make-up & Art, Musicology, Classical Music & Dance, Pung, Theatre, Thang-Ta, and Literature.
