Thang-Ta workshop

Bishnupur, April 04 2026: With the goal of uplifting the indigenous martial art of Thang-Ta, the Thoibi Thang-Ta & Cultural Association (TTCA) Moirang kicked off a Thang-Ta workshop at its auditorium hall today.

The workshop was attended by approximately 60 Thang-Ta artists from different parts of Bishnupur district.

As Head Guru, TTCA Principal Konjengbam Thoibi Devi and Moirangthem Premjit Singh (as Assistant Guru) gave valuable insights about Thang-Ta to the participants.

TTCA members also presented a Thang-Ta showcase before the gathering during the workshop.
