OMS mobile sale of rice underway

Imphal, September 03 2024: CAF&PD department Imphal East on Tuesday carried out Open Market Sales (OMS) of rice at lower rate in Lamlong Keithel.

District supply officer, Imphal East Haobam Bhupendro and other department staff carried out the mobile sale of rice from 10 am till 5 pm at the rate of Rs 36.61 per kg.

Interacting with the media, Bhupendro urged the public to take advantage of the open sale and get the rice at lower price than the market rate.

The department will carry out similar sales in pub lie places.

As for Wednesday, they will carry out the sale at Andro Parking, he informed.
