State bags honour for organ transplantation

Imphal, August 03 2024: The Institute of National Organ and Tissue Transplant Organisation (NOTTO) has honoured Manipur as the Best Emerging State in the field of Organ Transplantation in North East India.

The award was presented in an event organised by NOTTO on the occasion of the 14th Indian Organ Donation Day under the aegis of Ministry of Health and Family Welfare at Dr Ambedkar International Centre, New Delhi on Saturday.

Health services director Dr Sanahanbi Devi and her team received the prestigious award.
