Jiribam women stage sit-in demanding new Govt

Jiribam, March 01 2025: A sit-in protest was organised by Coordinating Committee on Manipur Integrity (COCOMI) Jiribam Branch in front of Congress Bhawan, Babupara, here on Saturday against ongoing crisis in the state.

Jiribam women stage sit-in demanding new Govt

At the protest, meira paibi activists held banners and placards with messages such as 'No arrest of village volunteers', 'Form people's government in the state at the earliest', 'Restore peace in Jiribam', 'Revoke AFSPA, 1958 from Manipur' and 'We oppose imposition of PR in Manipur' .
