Thoubal, May 31 2024: The foundation day of Manipuri Sahitya Parishad Thoubal District Branch was celebrated today at Khorirol Sanglen, Wangjing.

Moirangthem Rajendro, president of Manipuri Sahitya Parishad Thoubal District Branch and its members attended the foundation day celebration which was held in a low key manner in view of the prevailing conflict situation.

The main event of today's programme was the lecture delivered by Saikhom Chaoba on the topic 'Manipuri Seireng gi Chhanda gi Masak' .

The lecture was followed by a poetry reading session attended by 15 poets.
