AMESCO extends Ningol Chakouba greetings

Imphal, October 24 2024: The All Manipur Ethnical Socio Cultural Organisation (AMESCO) has extended warm greetings to the people particularly women of Manipur and who have settled in other States on the auspicious occasion of Ningol Chakkouba (Ekhoigi eche-echal singbu ningsingba numit) .

AMESCO in a statement said that the organization has been continuously celebrating Ningol Chakkouba since 1993, but it will not celebrate this year due to the present conflict in the State.

The organisation further said, it stands for the unity of the people and salute the bravehearts who have sacrificed their lives in protecting the motherland.
