Imphal, August 21 2024: "Aronba Khujin Thourang", a docu-drama on the historical events of Anglo-Manipur War 1891 was released by Rajya Sabha MP and titular King of Manipur Leishemba Sanajaoba on Wednesday.

The book "Aronba Khujin Thourang" written by Munish Ningthoujam was released during a function held at Sana Konung, Palace Compound, Imphal.

The function was organised by the Phunga Heritage in association with Manipuri Sahitya Parishad Meghalaya.

It was graced by Leishamba Sanajaoba; Sanasam (ongbi) Prof Boina Kharrubon and Prof Rajen Toijamba, convenor, Manipuri Language Advisory Board, Sahitya Akademi, New Delhi, as presidium members.
