Imphal, January 20: The District Level Khadi and REGP Mela held at old State Central Library complex since January 16 under the aegis of the Khadi and Village Industry Commission concluded today.

Besides awarding prizes to the winners of the essay and debate competitions organised as part of the week long mela, all the stall owners of the mela were also presented simple gifts to encourage them.

Altogether 19 stalls were opened in the mela.
