Libraries survey begins today

Imphal, February 18 2026: An extensive survey ofall 'NGO Run Public Libraries' across Manipur (under RRRLF) is set to commence tomorrow, February 19, and will continue until February 26, 2026 .

As per a release issued by the Office of the Monitoring Cell, State Central Library, Imphal,, the survey will be conducted by a dedicated team of enumerators daily from 10 am to 5 pm.

The monitoring effort aims to: Include the libraries in the National Register of Public Libraries; Monitor current operations and status of the libraries; Collect feedback for improvement and development of the libraries.
