Prize distribution postponed

Imphal, August 17 2026: The prize distribution ceremony of the Meetei Mayek Competition organised by Meetei Erol Eyek Loinasillol Apunba Lup (MEELAL), Kangleipak on August 2, 2026 has been postponed due to the prevailing situation in the State.

The competition was held ahead of MEELAL's 23rd Foundation Day celebration scheduled for August 18, 2026 at Jawaharlal Nehru Manipur Dance Academy auditorium hall.

MEELAL said the date for the award ceremony will be announced later.

It appealed to the public and students for understanding.
