Manipuri Classical Solo Dance Festival concludes

Imphal, September 15 2026: The three-day Manipuri Classical Solo Dance Festival organised by Center for Youth and Cultural Activities (CYCA) concluded today at Khurai Puthiba Leikai Community Hall.

The festival was organised under the Financial Assistance to Cultural Function and Production Grant Scheme of the Ministry of Culture with support from North Central Zone Cultural Centre, Prayagraj, UP .

Five artists presented solo dance performances on the concluding day.

Altogether, 12 artists performed during the three-day festival.

CYCA said the festival was organised as part of its efforts to promote the rich art forms of the State and to preserve and pass them on to the coming generation.
