Imphal, September 12: The KSO GHqs is observing the Kuki Black Day tomorrow.

In this regard, the KSO has appealed to fly a black flag in front of all Kuki households in honour and remembrance of all innocent Kukis killed by the NSCN (IM).

A press release issued by the KSO further asked all Kukis to stay away from any sort of revelry on the Black Day while adding that it is observing a special programme at Kuki Inn to mark the day.

The Kuki Inpi, Kuki Women Union and the KSO IT Road will also be observing the 14th Kuki Black Day tomorrow at Joupi Cemetery at Gelbung village (IT road).

The Black Day will be marked by hoisting of black cloth or Kuki Nampon (traditional shawl) in every Kuki household and suspension of daily activities, informed another press release issued by the KSO Tuilang Block.
