Imphal, September 09 2025: Shija Hospitals, in collaboration with NPCB & VI (Manipur Chapter) and NHPC Loktak Project, organised a 1-day free eye check-up camp at NHPC (Loktak), Bishnupur district today.

As per a release issued by Shija Hospitals, the initiative was aimed at promoting preventive healthcare and enabling early detection of eye conditions among NHPC staff.

A total of 150 individuals were examined during the camp.

Three patients were counselled for cataract surgery, three for pterygium surgery, and 60 were diagnosed with refractive errors.
