Thoubal, December 08 2025: A one-day Tuberculosis (TB) awareness programme was organised today at Charangpat Health Centre (PHC) by the District Health Society, Thoubal, under the initiative of District Health Society, Thoubal.

District TB Officer, Thoubal, Dr Yumnam Sameen; District Coordinator Thongam Stephen Chanu; and MO in-charge of Charangpat PHC, served as resource persons and delivered talks on TB symptoms, modes of transmission and preventive measures.

The event saw active participation from ASHA workers and staff of PHC Charangpat.
