Meinya condoles demise of Khun Joykumar

Imphal, November 05 2012: MP Dr Thokchom Meinya has expressed profound grief and sorrow at the untimely demise of renowned singer Khun Joykumar.

People of Manipur would always remember Khun Joykumar for his powerful patriotic songs, the MP said in his condolence message.

Meanwhile, the UCM held a condolence meeting its office today and observed two minutes' silence as a mark of respect to the departed soul of Khun Joykumar.

Members of UCM who were present at the condolence meeting also prayed that the departed soul may rest in peace in the heavenly abode.

The All Manipur Anti Drug Association (AMADA) has also condoled the untimely demise of Khun Joykumar.
