Imphal, October 02 2025: In regard to the circulation of reports claiming that Tapta Jayanta, also known simply as Tapta, had a stroke and is in critical conditions, Khurai AC MLA L Susindro has dismissed the rumors as false.

The MLA today visited Tapta Jayanta who is admitted at Raj Medicity after he experienced sudden weakness in his body on October 1 .

After meeting with the doctors and Managing Director of Raj Medicity, L Susindro informed the press that Tapta Jayanta was admitted at the hospital for a full body check-up, not because he had a stroke.

The MLA shared that Tapta Jayanta will hopefully be discharged in a day or two as he does not have any serious health issues.
