Imphal, September 01 2025: Arambai Tenggol has denied any connection with the unlawful activities perpetrated by Laishram Tondonba Singh and Tourangbam Amarjit Meitei, who were arrested by Manipur Police on Monday.

In a clarification, Arambai Tenggol said that the actions of the two "AT members", as described by the police, were carried out in their own "personal interest" .

The statement added that members of the organisation should be held personally accountable if they are found to be involved in illegal activities.
