Imphal, November 07 2008: A notification from Food and Civil Supply (FCS) department, Manipur informed that regular and timely issuance of PDS items particularly SK oil may not be made on regular flow due to various disturbances by anti-social elements and economic blockades on lifting and transportation of PDS items from Khotkhati/Dimapur to Imphal.
