Imphal, June 25 2009: The two suspected drug smugglers shot dead by Imphal East commandos at Heingang foothills in the night of June 23 have been identified as Md Aslam (35) s/o late Azizur of Kshetrigao Awang Leikai and Md Firoz (30) s/o late Tolngou of Kshetrigao Makha Leikai.

After post mortem examination at RIMS, the corpses have been handed over to respective family members.
