Thoubal, January 25 2025: The Lilong United Club (LUC) has strongly condemned the gun attack perpetrated by unknown miscreants at the residence (second gate) of Additional Superintendent of Manipur Police Alhaj Babul Kalam on Thursday at 6:45 pm.

A press release issued by LUC has demanded swift booking and punishment of the culprits involved in the "targeted attack and intimidation" of a police officer.

Urging the Home Department to take prompt action, LUC further declared a ban on the unauthorised movement of armed individuals in Lilong.
