Bishnupur, August 21 2024: A 5-day summer workshop on Thang-Ta was kicked off today at Panthoibi Thang-Ta and Jagoi Sindam Shanglen Moirangkhunou today.

The workshop was jointly organised by the North East Zone Cultural Centre (NEZCC) Dimapur in collaboration with Panthoibi Thang-ta and Jagoi Sindam Shanglen.

On the first day of the workshop.

Guru Laishram Rajen, Ngamthang Guru Akhom Govind and Ngamthang Guru Lourembam Bidyarani introduced the principles of Thang-Ta to 25 female students from different parts of Bishnupur district.
