Imphal, May 19 2026: Renowned theatre personality and Padma Shri awardee Heisnam Sabitri Devi was conferred the Oinam Baldeva Lifetime Achievement Award 2026 on Tuesday.

The award was presented during the 83rd birth anniversary observance of Oinam Baldeva Singh at Manipur Press Club, Imphal.

Organised by the Oinam Baldeva Memorial Trust, the honour carries a cash prize, citation and shawl.

Dr Ksh Jugindro, Director of Manipur Ensemble, Manipur State Kala Akademi awardee Dr L Gojen, and Trust chairman Oinam Nabakanta attended the function as presidium members.
