MU celebrates 135th birth anniversary of BR Ambedkar

Imphal, April 17 2025: Manipur University observed the 135th birth anniversary of the "Father of the Indian Constitution" at the Lecture Hall of Dr Ambedkar Centre of Excellence, MU today.

The ceremony began with the offering of a floral tribute on the portrait of Dr BR Ambedkar.

The event was graced by Professor N Lokendra, Vice Chancellor, MU; Professor A Rajmani, Director, IQAC and Dr S Shantikumar, Programme Coordinator, Dr Ambedkar Centre of Excellence as the chief guest, functional president and guest of honour respectively.

Meanwhile, Dr Sapam Dilipkumar, Assistant Professor, Law Department, MU was present as a speaker.
