Imphal, April 17 2015 : The Fact Finding Committee set up by the State Government to investigate the issue of denying admit cards to a large number of students for appearing CBSE 's Class X and Class XII exams has submitted its an interim report today.

Sources said that the committee headed by Director of School Education N Prabin submitted the report on April 15 and the final report is expected to be put forward soon.

Out of six schools summoned by the committee in the course of its investigation, only MM Higher Secondary School and Little Rose High-er Secondary School respon- ded positively.

The interim report gives a number of recommendations to the Government apart from citing certain reasons for the faux pas.

It also enlisted different suggestions and opinions given by parents/guardians and student leaders.
