Imphal, January 17 2025: A man was found with his hands and legs tied near a graveyard at Kiyamgei Muslim under the jurisdiction of Irilbung police station in Imphal East district.

He was reportedly abandoned by unknown miscreants. The man has been identified as Md Arish Khan (25), s/o Ajijur Khan from Kiyam Awang Leikai Thong Makhong.

He was admitted at Noor Hospital after being found by passers-by.
