Planned shutdown

Imphal, November 14 2025: MSPDCL has informed all the consumers of 11KV Heingang Feeder that there will be a planned shutdown on November 15, 2025 from 9 am to 4 pm for re-conductoring of 11 KV lines under RDSS at Khabam.

During this period, power supply to Achanbigei, Khabam, Heingang Awang, Luwangsangbam Makha and Matai areas will be affected.
