Imphal, September 12 2025: The Government has banned several items from being carried into tomorrow's event at Kangla, where the Prime Minister will be speaking.

According to a notice issued by Imphal West District Magistrate M Rajkumar Singh, the prohibited items include handbag, briefcase, paper, camera, transistor, digital diary, arms, ammunition, binoculars, food, water bottle, cigarettes, matchbox, lighter, helmet, remote car keys, umbrella, black handkerchief, black flag, sharp object, intoxicants, pan, khaini and gutkha.

Any violation may result in denial of entry and may also attract legal action as deemed appropriate, it cautioned.
