Imphal, September 12 2024: The Public Health Engineering Department (PHED) has informed all concerned that routine maintenance of 45 MLD water treatment plant at Chingkheiching is going on at present and supply has been reduced to 50 percent of the production.

In a release, PHED said that most parts of Imphal East and Imphal West presently being supplied by the Treatment Plant will be affected due to the reduced quantity especially the tail ends.

The department has expressed regret over the inconvenience caused to the public and added that the routine maintenance work will be completed in 3 days.
