Imphal, February 12 2026: The Office of the Khenchanglon Loishang, under the Lainingthou Sanamahi Temple Board (LSTB), has announced the availability of application forms for the second batch of courses in 'Apoklon (Kuthi)' writing and reading.

Interested individuals wishing to enroll in these courses can collect the forms from the Khenchanglon Loishang at the LSTB office, located in Haying Khongban Uphong Yumpham.

The last date for form submission is February 28, 2026 .
