Imphal, April 30 2025: The All Manipur Newspaper & Electronics Media Employees Association (AMNEMEA) has extended financial assistance to its E Group member and sub-editor of The Sangai Express, Thokchom Anilkumar of Kwakeithel Thokchom Leikai on Wednesday.

A team led by AMNEMEA's 3rd council president Haobijam Romio visited Mangal Hospital, Minuthong and handed over the sum to Thokchom Anilkumar, said a release issued by AMNEMEA.

Notably, Anilkumar was rushed to SHUA Hospital on April 26, 2025 by TEAM NISHIKANTA as he reportedly fainted on his way to work.

The team also provided a financial assistance of Rs 10,000 to help his medical treatment.
