Imphal, January 22 2017: A team of Imphal East police commando arrested two persons during frisking at KoirengeiCMC junction for carrying 300 litres of local liquor on January 19 at 3.40 pm, conveyed a press release issued by PRO, Police Department.

The persons were identified as Loitongbam Robert Singh alias Amusana (21) and Phuritshabam Rakesh Singh (26) of Loitang Leikinthabi.

A Chevrolet Beat was seized from them.

A team of Imphal West police commando conducted frisking around Keishampat Keisham Leikai area and arrested one S/S Sergeant Major named Thiyam Nungsithoi Meitei alias Lokhon alias Saphaba alias Buno from Iroisemba Manghiden Mayai Leikai on January 20 at 3.50 pm.
