Thoubal, February 02 2016: Rural Integrated Development Association (RIDA), Keibung has expressed disappointment that none of the PHED staff have come forward to monitor the outbreak of suspected water- borne disease at Lilong Kendra.

The association secretary Md Islamuddin, in a statement said that an unknown water borne disease whose main symptom is skin infection has spread in Keibung area under Lilong AC.

The association also thanked Agriculture Minister Md Abdul Nasir, Education Minister M Okendra and Sagolband AC MLA RK Imo for paying immediate attention to the unfolding situation at Lilong AC.
